What We Do
NSP Personnel provides labour hire and recruitment services built around the realities of manufacturing: shift work, seasonal peaks, strict compliance requirements and production schedules that cannot afford gaps. We supply staff on a casual and temporary basis for short-term cover and surge periods, arrange temp-to-perm placements that let employers trial workers on the job, and recruit directly for permanent production, supervisory and management positions.
